We offer Physical Books, eBooks, and Audiobooks for sale.
Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations (cover design, formatting, etc.) may occur.
Digital products (eBooks & Audiobooks) are delivered instantly to your email address after payment.
3. Payments
All payments must be completed before delivery of products.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card/banking details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical Books: Processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days (India only).
Digital Products: eBooks and Audiobooks are delivered instantly via email/download link after payment confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds
Physical Books: Eligible for replacement/refund only if damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Digital Products: Non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including the book Kuch Ichchhaon Ke Saath Ek (Physical, eBook, and Audiobook), website text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Mitesh S. Thakur.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the content without written permission.
eBooks and Audiobooks are for personal use only and must not be shared, pirated, or sold.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or technical issues beyond our control.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or misuse of products once delivered.
