📕 Physical Books
Returns: We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Return Window: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Condition: The book must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Share images of the damaged/incorrect product.
Once approved, we will arrange replacement or refund.
📲 eBooks & Audiobooks (Digital Products)
No Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and Audiobook sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Wrong File/Technical Issue: If you face any problem accessing your digital product (e.g., broken link, wrong file), contact us and we will resend the correct file.
💳 Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds (for eligible physical book returns) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after purchase
Entering wrong shipping address/email at checkout
Delay in delivery due to courier issues (beyond our control)
